By the end of this course you will have a greater understanding of the importance of the skin and its appendages, and you will be able to identify several major health issues associated with the integumentary system.
The Muscular System
This unit introduces the muscular system of the body. The scientific study of the muscular system is called myology.
The Nervous System
In this course, we will discuss the major structures of the nervous system, identify the components of each system, and introduce the roles each play in nerve impulse transmission. Additionally, the protocol for basic neurological exams will be discussed, as well as the most common diseases and disorders related to the nervous system.
The Reproductive System
This female reproductive system is made up of several primary and accessory structures. This unit introduces these structures and their function in the female reproductive system.
Ventilation or breathing is one of the most visible aspects of the respiratory system. Ventilation is the process of bringing air into the body and releasing air back out of the body. This unit introduces the parts of the body that are involved in the ventilation process and their role in the respiratory system.
The Skeletal System
The skeletal system plays an important role in the body as well as introducing the terminology used to describe the directional planes of the body. This unit introduces the skeletal system and the course objectives of this module.

The Urinary system performs very important functions for the body. This unit introduces those functions and the subjects covered in this course.
