ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT

  • Getting started is easy: Download the app or access the platform online (see below).

  • On the login page, enter the username your manager provided. For most users, this will be an email address, but some shops have created custom usernames.

  • The default password to access your account is learning.

IMPORTANT DATES

Initial milestones are noted below. After your account is activated, we will keep you posted on updates and events through in-app messaging.

  • January 4 - Accounts activated

  • January 8 - Daily Training begins

Access Today's Class

  1. Log in with username provided by your manager and learning as your temporary password.
  2. Create a new password, set up your profile, and review and accept our user agreement.
  3. Now you will be on your LearnerZone page and receive training based on your user settings.
    Note: Not all organizations push Daily Training on weekends, so you may not receive a training session until Monday.
