Last updated: November 4, 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how Melior-Delaware Inc. d/b/a Today’s Class (“Today’s Class,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit todaysclass.com or use our related pages and services (together, the “Services”). Our mailing address appears in the footer of our website.

This policy does not cover our HR/workforce data (applicants, employees, contractors); we provide a separate notice for those audiences.

California “Notice at Collection”

We collect the following categories of personal information from or about you for the purposes shown below. We retain personal information for as long as needed to meet these purposes, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements (see “Retention” below).

  • Identifiers (e.g., name, email address, phone number, account credentials).

  • Professional/Business info (e.g., company name, role).

  • Internet or network activity (e.g., device/browser info, IP address, pages viewed, date/time stamps, basic server logs).

  • Communications (e.g., messages you send to us; SMS if you opt in).

  • Inferences (limited, such as preferences you indicate directly).

Purposes: operate and secure the Services; provide customer support; communicate with you (including product updates and service messages); honor SMS preferences you request; maintain business records; detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and misuse; comply with legal obligations.

We do not “sell” or “share” your personal information as those terms are defined under California law (no cross-context behavioral advertising).

Information We Collect

Information you provide: contact details (name, email, phone), company info, account registration information, and the contents of messages you send us (including attachments). If you opt into SMS, we store your phone number and your consent/preferences.

Information collected automatically: when you use the Services, our servers log IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and referring pages. These logs may be personal information because they can relate to you or your device.

Cookies and similar technologies: we use only limited, non-advertising cookies that are necessary to operate the site, maintain your session, or remember choices you make. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.

  • Send administrative or product communications you request or reasonably expect (e.g., service notices).

  • Honor SMS preferences and provide requested messages (see “SMS Terms”).

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; enforce terms; comply with law.

  • Improve our Services and develop new features (without advertising profiling).

How We Disclose Information

We disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions—for example, HubSpot for CRM and communications. We contractually prohibit them from using the information for their own purposes.

  • Professional advisors (e.g., auditors, lawyers) under confidentiality.

  • Authorities or third parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.

  • Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition), subject to this policy or a successor policy with materially similar protections.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a “Limit the Use” link under California law.

SMS Terms

If you ask us to send SMS messages:

  • You consent to receive recurring texts at the mobile number you provide.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • You can STOP to end messages and HELP for help.

  • Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

  • We use your number only to send the messages you requested and to maintain opt-in/opt-out records.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to (a) provide the Services, (b) meet the purposes described above, (c) comply with legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations, and (d) resolve disputes and enforce agreements. We apply criteria such as the type of data, the sensitivity, the risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes of processing, and applicable legal requirements.

Your US State Privacy Rights (including California)

Depending on where you live (e.g., California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to obtain details about our collection, use, and disclosure. Because we do not sell or share personal information, the opt-out right for “sale/share” does not apply.

How to submit a request:

Email us at support@todaysclass.com

We will verify your request (for example, by confirming control over the email/phone or asking for limited additional information) and respond within 45 days (we may extend once when reasonably necessary and permitted by law). You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf if they provide proof of authorization and we can verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

If your state law offers an appeal process for denied requests, you may reply to our decision with “Appeal” in the subject line and we will review and respond as required.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be provided in a more prominent notice when required.
