These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the products, services, training content, technology platforms, and related services provided by Today's Class ("Today's Class," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing, accessing, or using Today's Class services, you agree to these Terms. If your organization has entered into a separate written agreement with Today's Class, that agreement will govern to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
Today's Class provides digital training, education, assessment, and related services, primarily for businesses and their employees. Services may include access to online training platforms, educational content, assessments, reporting, support, and other services agreed upon with the customer.
Specific services, pricing, number of users or locations, subscription term, billing frequency, and other customer-specific terms may be established in an order, proposal, invoice, subscription, statement of work, or other written agreement between Today's Class and the customer.
Customers may provide access to Today's Class services to their authorized employees or other approved users in accordance with their applicable service arrangement.
Access to Today's Class is for the customer's internal business and training purposes. Customers and users may not copy, reproduce, sell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse Today's Class content, technology, or services without our written permission.
Customers are responsible for the activity of users accessing the services through their organization and for ensuring that access credentials are used appropriately.
Fees, billing frequency, payment terms, subscription periods, and other commercial terms are established on a customer-by-customer basis and will be communicated at or before the time of purchase.
Customers agree to pay all applicable fees according to those agreed-upon terms. Today's Class may suspend access to services for accounts with materially past-due balances after reasonable notice.
Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
All payments to Today's Class are generally non-refundable.
Because Today's Class provides access to digital training services and related resources, we do not provide refunds or credits for unused service periods, lack of usage, or early cancellation unless otherwise specified in a written agreement with the customer.
Today's Class may, in rare circumstances and at its sole discretion, approve an exception to this policy. Any such exception does not create an obligation to provide similar refunds or credits in the future.
Cancellation of a service does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. Any cancellation rights, notice requirements, remaining payment obligations, or other terms will be governed by the applicable order, proposal, subscription, statement of work, or other written agreement with the customer.

Today's Class and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Today's Class services, training content, software, documentation, trademarks, and other intellectual property.
Purchasing or using our services provides customers and their authorized users with a limited right to access and use the applicable services during the agreed service period. It does not transfer ownership of Today's Class content or intellectual property.
Today's Class uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain reliable access to its services and to provide appropriate customer support.
Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service providers, security concerns, circumstances outside our reasonable control, or other operational requirements.
Customers and users may not use Today's Class services in violation of applicable law; interfere with the operation or security of the services; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts; share access with unauthorized users; or use Today's Class content or services in a way that infringes the rights of Today's Class or others.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, nonpayment, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms.
Today's Class provides training and educational services designed to support professional development and knowledge improvement. Training content is not a substitute for appropriate professional judgment, workplace procedures, manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, or applicable laws and regulations.
While we strive to provide accurate, useful, and reliable services and content, services are provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular business, employment, certification, examination, or performance outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Today's Class will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Today's Class's total liability arising from the services will not exceed the amounts paid by the applicable customer to Today's Class for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Today's Class accepts payment by major credit and debit cards, subject to availability and the terms applicable to each customer.

The availability of specific payment methods may vary. Card brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted on our website with its effective or last-updated date.
Changes to these website Terms will not modify the terms of a separately executed written agreement unless permitted by that agreement.
